隱私權政策

一、我們收集哪些資料

沒有。KINETIC 不需要註冊、不建立帳號，也沒有任何後端伺服器。App 產生的所有資料都留在你的裝置上，我們無法讀取、也沒有管道取得。

App 內沒有第三方分析工具、廣告 SDK 或追蹤程式碼。我們不知道有誰安裝了這個 App，也不知道你怎麼使用它。

二、App 在你的裝置上使用哪些資料

以下資料只在你的裝置上被使用，用於提供 App 的功能：

健康資料（HealthKit）

• 讀取：心率、靜息心率、一分鐘心率恢復、出生日期、活動能量、訓練紀錄。用於計算你的心率區間、在訓練中顯示即時心率，以及統計各區間停留時間。
• 寫入：訓練（Workout）、心率與活動能量。讓你的訓練出現在「健康」與「體能訓練」App 中。
• 健康資料的存取由 iOS 與 watchOS 控管，你可以隨時在「健康」App 撤銷授權。

相機與照片

• 你可以拍照或選取照片，附在訓練紀錄裡（例如白板課表、器材配置）。
• 照片存放在裝置本機的 App 資料夾，不會上傳。

你輸入的內容

• 訓練筆記、課表明細（動作、組數、次數、重量）、個人生理設定（年齡、最大心率、靜息心率、乳酸閾值、心率區間、心率上限）。
• 全部儲存在裝置本機。

三、資料儲存在哪裡

• 訓練紀錄、筆記與設定：儲存在 iPhone 與 Apple Watch 的 App 本機儲存空間。
• 心率與訓練：同時寫入 Apple 「健康」App，由 Apple 依其隱私機制管理。
• iPhone 與 Apple Watch 之間的資料傳輸透過 Apple 的 WatchConnectivity 在兩台裝置間直接進行，不經過我們或任何伺服器。
• 若你開啟 iCloud 裝置備份，裝置備份可能包含 App 資料，該備份由 Apple 依其隱私政策處理。

四、關於 HealthKit 的承諾

• 我們不會將透過 HealthKit 取得的資料用於廣告、行銷或類似用途。
• 我們不會將 HealthKit 資料販售、揭露或分享給任何第三方。
• HealthKit 資料僅用於本政策第二節所述的 App 功能。

五、資料分享

我們不分享、不販售、不交換任何資料，因為我們並未取得任何資料。

唯一的例外由你主動觸發：當你使用 App 內的「分享」功能輸出訓練成果圖，該圖片會交給你選擇的 App（例如訊息或社群軟體）處理，之後便適用該 App 的隱私政策。

六、你的控制權

• 撤銷健康權限：「健康」App › 分享 › App 與服務 › KINETIC，可逐項關閉。
• 刪除單筆訓練紀錄：在 App 的紀錄列表左滑刪除。
• 刪除全部資料：移除 App 即會刪除所有本機資料。已寫入「健康」App 的資料需另外在「健康」App 中刪除。
• 撤銷相機權限：iOS 「設定」› KINETIC › 相機。

七、App 內購買與贊助

KINETIC 提供一次性贊助與訂閱贊助，讓願意支持的使用者贊助開發。所有交易都透過 Apple 的 App 內購買（In-App Purchase）處理。

• 我們不會取得你的付款資料。信用卡號、帳單地址與 Apple 帳號資訊全部由 Apple 收集與處理，適用 Apple 的隱私權政策。
• App 只會在你的裝置上向 Apple 確認「這筆購買是否有效」，這個驗證結果不會離開你的裝置，也不會告訴我們是誰買的。
• 我們無從得知贊助者的身分——我們沒有帳號系統，也沒有伺服器可以記錄這件事。
• 管理或取消訂閱：iPhone「設定」› 點你的名字 › 訂閱項目。取消後在該期結束前仍可使用。
• 退款：由 Apple 處理，請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。我們無法代為退款。
• 贊助不會改變本政策的任何其他部分，也不會讓我們取得額外的資料。

八、兒童

KINETIC 是體能訓練工具，並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會刻意收集兒童的任何資料——事實上我們不收集任何人的資料。

九、政策變更

若本政策有所變更，我們會更新本頁面並修改頁首的「最後更新」日期。若日後新增任何會傳輸資料的功能（例如雲端同步），我們會在該功能推出前更新本政策並在 App 中明確告知。

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Nothing. KINETIC requires no sign-up, creates no account, and has no backend. Everything the app produces stays on your device, where we have no access to it.

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking code. We do not know who installs the app or how it is used.

2. What the app uses on your device

Health data (HealthKit)

• Read: heart rate, resting heart rate, one-minute heart rate recovery, date of birth, active energy, workouts — used to calculate your heart-rate zones, show live heart rate during a session, and total your time in each zone.
• Write: workouts, heart rate and active energy, so your sessions appear in Health and Fitness.
• Access is controlled by iOS and watchOS; you can revoke it at any time in the Health app.

Camera and photos

• You may attach photos to a workout report (a whiteboard, your setup). They are stored locally in the app and never uploaded.

What you enter

• Workout notes, session detail (movement, sets, reps, weight) and personal settings (age, max heart rate, resting heart rate, lactate threshold, zones, heart-rate ceiling) — all stored locally.

3. Where data is stored

• Workouts, notes and settings: local storage on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Heart rate and workouts are also written to Apple Health, governed by Apple's privacy mechanisms.
• Transfers between iPhone and Apple Watch use Apple's WatchConnectivity directly between your two devices — never through us or any server.
• If you use iCloud device backup, app data may be included in that backup and is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.

4. HealthKit commitments

• We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing or similar purposes.
• We do not sell, disclose or share HealthKit data with any third party.
• HealthKit data is used solely for the app features described in section 2.

5. Sharing

We share, sell and trade nothing, because we receive nothing.

The one exception is initiated by you: when you use the in-app share feature to export a workout card, that image is handed to the app you choose, and that app's privacy policy applies from then on.

6. Your controls

• Revoke health access: Health › Sharing › Apps and Services › KINETIC.
• Delete a single workout: swipe to delete in the app's history list.
• Delete everything: remove the app. Data already written to Health must be deleted separately in the Health app.
• Revoke camera access: iOS Settings › KINETIC › Camera.

7. In-app purchases and tips

KINETIC offers one-time and subscription tips for people who want to support development. All transactions are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase.

• We never receive your payment details. Card numbers, billing addresses and Apple Account information are collected and processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
• The app only verifies with Apple, on your device, whether a purchase is valid. That result never leaves your device and does not identify you to us.
• We have no way of knowing who has tipped — there is no account system and no server to record it.
• Manage or cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• Tipping changes nothing else in this policy and gives us no additional data.

8. Children

KINETIC is a training tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children — we collect no data from anyone.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above. Should any future feature transmit data (cloud sync, for example), this policy will be updated and the change made clear in the app before that feature ships.
